Ski and Snowboard Positions Available

Yodel Snow School is currently looking for English-speaking ski and snowboard instructors. Join the dynamic team in the Akakura area of Myoko, in the heart of Japan’s deep snow country.

Position Summary 

We are looking for ski and snowboard instructors who love to teach and possess excellent customer service skills. Duties include teaching class and private lessons for both adults and children.

Applicants must:
. Have a valid work or working holiday visa
. Possess ski and snowboard instructor qualifications
. Have a friendly, outgoing personality
. Have a positive attitude, and good manners
. Be highly motivated to learn about different cultures

Employment Conditions
Work hours: daily from 8:30 am to 5 pm. We recommend and actively encourage staff to take two vacation days weekly (except during particularly busy times, such as the New Year holidays, weekends, etc.)
Accommodations: Yodel has its own staff dormitory; rooms are on a twin sharing basis.
We provide: Season lift pass (for both the Akakura Onsen Ski Akakura Kanko Resort ski), school staff Uniform
Minimum commitment for full season instructors is from December 20 to March 1.
